Kundalini Yoga

I invite you to embrace the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga as we welcome the fall season. This time of year brings change and transition. As the trees change color and the days grow shorter, we are invited to reflect on our journey. We contemplate our accomplishments and consider what we wish to carry forward, while releasing what no longer serves us.
Through a combination of meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, we’ll prepare our body, mind, and spirit for the gifts and challenges of autumn.
Join me for this powerful experience. Whether you choose the full series or just one class, you’ll connect with the energy of fall and leave feeling grounded and renewed.
Join me in this 4-week Wonderful Journey
Week 1 (Sept 25) : Balance and Grounding (after Fall Equinox)
As we transition into the darker half of the year, we may feel a little off-balance, both physically and emotionally. The autumn equinox, with equal hours of day and night, is the perfect time to focus on cultivating harmony. In this class, we will work on balancing and grounding our energy through movement and breathwork, so we can feel supported during the seasonal shifts.
Week 2: Embracing Change (Solar Eclipse Day)
Fall is a season of transformation and release— even the trees show us how important it is to let things go. This week’s theme is amplified by the energy of the solar eclipse, which encourages deep shifts and new beginnings. During our practice, we will focus on the lungs, which, according to Chinese medicine, hold the ability to receive and let go. This could be the boost you need to feel empowered to embrace change in all areas of your life.
Week 3 (Oct 9): Immunity Boost
As the weather shifts, our bodies become more vulnerable to illness. This week, we’ll focus on strengthening the immune system to stay healthy through the fall and winter. We’ll practice a kriya designed to detoxify the body. By the end of class, you’ll feel revitalized and stronger.
Week 4 (Oct 16): Reflection and Gratitude (Honoring the Last Harvest)
As we move deeper into the fall season, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the growth we’ve experienced this year. During our practice, we’ll take time to connect with our breath and our inner selves, creating space to experience gratitude for all we’ve received and all we’ve let go.
