Autumn Leaves Closeup

4-Week Kundalini Yoga Fall Series

Breathe • Release • Restore

As we welcome autumn, nature invites us to transition into a quieter, more inward space, a time to slow down, breathe consciously, and listen deeply to our needs.

Drawing inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this 4-week Kundalini series explores the Metal element, associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine.

As trees shed their leaves, we too are invited to release: breathing in what nourishes us, processing grief, and cultivating healthy boundaries for the season ahead.

Join for the full 4-week journey or drop into an individual class. Together, let’s make room for what is ready to emerge.

Week 1- Coming Back to the Breath (September 23)

Slow down and reconnect with the breath. Through gentle movement and breathing practices, we'll bring awareness to the lungs, create space in our breathing, support the nervous system and explore the link between breath and our emotions.

Week 2- Making Space (September 30)

The Large Intestine is associated with elimination and release, not only physically, but also emotionally. We'll use movement and meditation to shed old stories, worn-out habits, and stagnant energy to create space for what is new.

Week 3- Protect and Nourish (October 7)

As the weather shifts, fortify your physical immunity.  We’ll explore practices that build strength, support the immune system, and help us clarify what truly nourishes your energy versus what drains it.

Week 4- Create Space (October 14)

Prepare for the winter months through deep rest and stillness. We’ll connect more deeply with our physical and emotional well-being,  restoring our energy so we enter the colder season grounded and renewed.
